Happy Birthday Printemps!!!

Celebrate with Printemps its 150 anniversary, around a fairy tale garden, full of roses, Yes! is Spring already, and with the start of the season started also the birthday celebration of Printemps.

Founded in 1865 by Jules Jaluzot and Jean-Alfred Duclos, and designed by Jules and Paul Sédille, expanded in 1874, adding elevator which were a great novelty, then rebuilt in 1881 after a fire; became the first store in use electric lighting in 1888, and one of the first department stores with direct subway access in 1904. They also pioneered the idea of discount sales to clear out dated stocks and later the window models to display the best and latest in fashion, today a must have visit if you want to buy the best products of beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and accessories.

And to celebrate it the boutiques are offering the best products, for example The Belle Parfumerie at Printemps Haussman house a new line and exclusive limited edition of products, that includes Le Beau Parfum from Francis Kurkdjian with notes of Egyptian Jasmine, Indian Tuberose and Madagascar ylang ylang; Dyptique has created Primavera a rode garden-scented candle with a hint of violets. Other designers who created exclusive products for the occasion are Alberta Ferreti, Ralph Lauren, Givenchy and Nina Ricci.

But that’s not all shoppers can also pose with Rose, a mascot created by Japanese artist Hiroshi Yoshii, specially for the anniversary, enjoy of the fantastic window displays, created by 11 artist from France – invited for the retailer - and in front the store you can enjoy snack, including waffles from Les Oublieurs and sorbets and ice cream from Glazed.
