Métiers d’Art Paris – Salzburg in New York

After making its debut at Schloss Leopoldskron, the Métiers d’Art Paris – Salzburg collection was presented at New York’s Park Avenue Armory.

But not only is about show the Pre-Fall collection, it was about bring a piece of Austria to New York. The staging created for the occasion reinterpreted the gold, marble and woodwork of Schloss Leopoldskron to create a modern version of it, the guest that included Beyonce, Dakota Johnson and Vanessa Paradis with her daughter Lily-Rose Depp, were welcomed within five successive monochromatic salons to discover the collection inspired by the traditional Austrian wardrobe and savoir-faire.

Outside, specifically at the Chanel boutiques at 57th Street, Madison Avenue and in Soho, the windows were decorated to celebrate the arrival of the Paris – Salzburg collection to New York, displaying replicate details found in the precious embroidery that adorn select looks.

The evening concluded with a private concert of Pharrell Williams, who was joined on stage by Cara Delevinge, together performed “CC The World”

The Métiers d’Art Paris – Salzburg collection will be available in boutiques in June.
